LCV2 Conveyor LED Light

The LCV2 conveyor LED light features purposely designed long yet narrow beam optics to specifically focus light along the length of narrow conveyor and catwalk areas. This specific optical design also enables pole spacing to be maximised to 16 metres while still achieving a lux level of 40 lumens.

Equipped with a solid state integral emergency module powered by LiFe PO4 cells, the LCV2 will conduct constant operational ready tests to guarantee emergency lighting is readily available if and when it is needed.

    The LCV2 conveyor light is available in turtle-friendly amber lighting for those coastal workplaces where white lighting is not permitted. This feature ensures optimal vision for workers without compromising the well-being of the environment’s wildlife.

    The LCV2 LED fixture is equipped with superior lens technology that allows spacing of poles to be maximised at 16 metres apart whilst still delivering the required lux level of 40 lumens.

    Ease of Maintenance

    Inspired by the design of our LBH bulkhead, this conveyor light features a universal mount, making it the ideal option for both retrofit and new build projects across mining and industrial sites. With a removable body and an easily accessible terminal block, the LCV2 luminaire guarantees ease of maintenance and minimal disruptions to any mine sites operations whilst maximising operational efficiency.
